Abstract
Lottie L. Estes graduated from Iowa Agricultural College (Iowa State University) with a B.S. (1883) in the women’s course. Her commencement speech was entitled Home and the Ballot. She died in 1897. This collection (1879, 1881) consists of two letters written by Estes. The letters are addressed to Lizzie and discuss Estes’s experiences during her time at Iowa Agricultural College (Iowa State University), including social outings, classes, and dorm life. |
