Historical note
The Iowa State University Women's Soccer program began in 1996 after one season of exhibition play (1995). The program's first varsity win was against Westmar on August 30, 1996, which they won 6-1. Iowa State has made eight Big 12 tournament appearances and played in the NCAA tournament once (2005). Iowa State Women's Soccer has an overall record of 103-130-19 through the 2008 season, with the best single season record of 11-7-3 coming in 2005. Head coaches:
