Biographical note

Lita C. Rule received her B.S. (1975) from University of the Philippines at Los Banos in forestry extension. She earned her M.S. (1982) from University of the Philippines in forest resources management and her Ph.D. (1988) from Texas A&M University in forest economics.

Rule joined Iowa State University in the Department of Forestry in 1989. Her research interests include agroforestry and the forest industry with a focus on forest economics.
