Abstract
John H. Wessman was employed as an Industrial Specialist for the Center for Industrial Research and Service (CIRAS) at Iowa State University. He played the viola in the Iowa State Symphony for four years during his undergraduate education at Iowa State. He received his B.S. (1941) from Iowa State University in agricultural engineering. Wessman also sang with the Chicago Swedish Glee Club for eleven years and was the manager of a four week concert tour that traveled to Sweden in 1953. This collection (circa 1850s - 1880s) contains three binders of sheet music for voice and piano. |
