Collection description
This collection (1926-1977, undated) contains supply catalogs, bulletins, newsletters, price lists from Boss (Cincinnati Butcher's Supply Company), and calendars. All the materials are undated except for the pricing lists. The supply catalogs contain equipment and butcher machinery. Also included is a sticker with the Boss logo, a blank notebook with the Boss logo, and a poster for the inside door of meat coolers giving instructions for the use of such equipment. |
