Biographical note

Marianne Crow was born March 5, 1932. She was a 1949 graduate of Garfield-Webb High School, Webb, Iowa. She attended Iowa State College (University) from 1949 until 1952 where she studied applied art in the Division of Home Economics. She was also a member of the Science Women's Club as a student. She married Wesley W. Larsen and moved to Spencer, Iowa. She died February 5, 2007.

 

Collection description

This collection (1947-1976, n.d.) contains biographical information and other materials related to Crowe's involvement at Iowa State, including newspaper clippings, scrapbooks, photographs, student handbooks, and dance cards. This collection also includes correspondence between Marianne and her family and friends about her time as a student at Iowa State.
